“I've lived here for quite sometime now. Way before this new management from Winn Residential took over. I absolutely love it! It's convenient to the highway, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. However, since new management abruptly took over I have wanted to move. Yes, their efforts to maintain grounds cannot go unnoticed. But neither can the incompetent leasing office staff. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Especially the young man there who's tone is constantly unprofessional. He has no customer service skills. When you enter the office it takes them for ever to greet you as if they are working. Completely rude! Maintenance issues take forever to resolve now. You can't ask a simple question without this guy providing an answer in a very condescending manner. Trust me you can't miss him he's the only person working in the office with Ana. Never the less. I'm ready to move!”

“I have lived in Park 156 for almost 3 years. I have watched the community evolve and blossom. I lived here under the previous owner Carroll Management. I love the area and the schools. My only concern with the complex is the price increases due to all the upgrades. I feel this is going to force my daughter and I to move. I would love to stay but I am not sure I will be able with the rent rates.”
